You have the daily management of the construction project and your responsibilities include full execution. You do this in terms of personnel, planning, logistics, quality and budget. You also sometimes jump in to make sure the work runs smoothly.
- You ensure a good team and encourage the delivery of quality and achievement of objectives
- You ensure proper division of labor, proper recording and administration
- Your responsibilities include being the point of contact for subcontractors, clients and suppliers
- You identify more and less work and report it back to the project manager and chief engineer
- You will work closely with, among others.

- Superintendent
- All other parties involved
The client has several projects throughout the country. They are currently looking for a cooperating contractor for 3 major projects.
- You have MBO working and thinking level
- You have a lot of experience in construction and know construction well
