Privacy statement

The Actos Group, consisting of the labels Actos Talents, In2Talent, Demt-Flex, Inquest, Conducto Procurement Consultants, Conducto Training, Result Group, Doxa HR and Doxa Communications, is more aware than anyone else that we are at work with your personal data. We have been doing this since 1999 in good faith and to the best of our knowledge, precisely because we know that you and all the other professionals we know and talk to are our most important reason for existence.

To ensure your privacy, you can find out what happens to your data in this statement. Actos Group's conduct is of course in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

1. What personal data do we process?

Actos Group may process personal data because you use our services and/or because you have provided it to us yourself when filling out a contact form. By using these services, you consent to the processing of your personal data. Actos Group may process the following personal data about you:

  • NAW data
  • Contact details
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Nationality
  • Mediation data (resume, work experience, education, test results, etc.)

If there is an agreement, the following personal data will be processed:

  • ID proof data
  • Work permit
  • other data related to personnel, salary and absence records

In a business relationship (employees of clients, suppliers, vendors, referees, etc.):

  • NAW data
  • Contact details

2. Does Actos Group also process special personal data?

Special personal data is sensitive data; for example, about health, religion, criminal history or country of birth.

Actos Group, as a processor, processes special personal data only when necessary on the basis of a legal obligation or following consent for the performance of an agreement or contract.

 

3. For what purpose do we process your data?

Actos Group processes your data for the following purposes:

  • provide you with offers and/or information on services and other activities and better tailor them to your needs and qualities
  • Target you for commercial offers and newsletters that may be of interest to you, only if you have signed up for them (opt-in)
  • to assess your suitability and availability in connection with placement for permanent or temporary work or an assignment, which may also involve the use of test results, reference checks, social media (if relevant to the position and indicated in the job posting), etc.
  • establish and maintain an employee or staffing/mediation relationship with you and perform the relevant administration for this purpose
  • be able to record an assignment with the client in an agreement with the client and maintain and fulfill the agreement with the client
  • for management and quality purposes including management information, providing internal controls and corporate security and performing audits and auditing and certifications
  • if we have entered into an employee or staffing/mediation relationship with you, for compliance with laws and regulations, including but not limited to identification, labor, tax and social security laws, combating fraud, and national and international sanctions laws.

 

4. How do we protect your privacy?

We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.

That is why our systems and programs are secure. We have procedures to ensure that persons who are not authorized do not have access to your data. In addition, all of our employees have a duty of confidentiality.

5. How long do we keep your personal data?

We keep personal data carefully and no longer than is necessary for realization of the purposes for which they were provided to us. Of course, in this way we also comply with the legally established retention periods for personal data.

We provide your personal data only on the basis of a legitimate interest, legal obligation and/or for the performance of the agreement in accordance with the purposes mentioned at section 3. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

 

7. Your privacy rights

If you want to know whether all personal data that Actos Group has about you are correct, you can ask us to send you an overview of that data. If, in your opinion, the data is incorrect, incomplete or redundant, you can ask us to change, supplement or delete it.

You may send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to us using the contact information listed in Section 9.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within 4 weeks.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Authority for Personal Data. You can do this on the website of the Authority Persoonsgegevens.

 

8. The use of cookies

In general, our Web site can be visited without your personal information being transmitted to us. However, like many other Web sites, this Web site does automatically collect certain non-identifiable information about Web site users, such as your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address. This technical information is used for website and system administration, and to improve the website and its use. This technical data may be transmitted to third parties and may be permanently stored for future use.

Actos Group uses:
