Before its launch in 2016, demt-flex was called Doxa Techniek which had existed since 2002. After a major makeover, demt-flex created a simple but bold plan: to solve personnel shortages in construction and engineering by matching the right tacklers with the right clients. Whether you're looking for a doer, thinker or a little of both, in construction and engineering, a hands-on mentality is invaluable. And let's face it, that "no talk, but craft" mentality is in the DNA of all our professionals. No matter where they come from, what skills they have or what expertise they possess, they know how to get things done.
We also understand that a good click is crucial. If you don't feel comfortable during a job, things often don't go as smoothly. That's why we make sure our people work with clients with whom they experience a cultural click. We even have that click with our clients' projects, because our director has a background in contracting. So yes, we speak the same language - and that makes us stronger together.
Building on a strong foundation
Ons trackrecord spreekt boekdelen over onze aanpak. Voormalig Doxa Techniek heeft niet alleen de crisis doorstaan, maar is ook gegroeid en heeft zichzelf een nieuwe naam gegeven: demt-flex. We opereren nu vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Tilburg, onze vestiging in Capelle a/d IJssel en vanuit ons kantoor in Vianen. Met 100% landelijke dekking kunnen onze ZZP’ers, uitzendkrachten en andere professionals hun spierballen laten rollen op projecten door het hele land. Of het nu de Achterhoek is of de Zeeuwse eilanden, wij zijn erbij!
And let's face it, sometimes we have to be a little picky. If we have to say "no" one time, for example because we are not masters at laying skyscrapers on the moon, it usually doesn't mean the end of the world. We are always willing to think with you and find alternative solutions. Flexibility is our trademark, and we don't pull a strange face for a challenging job!
Certifications
Bij demt-flex staat eerlijke beloning en correcte financiën hoog in het vaandel. We nemen dit zeer serieus en hebben daarom het NEN4400-1 keurmerk behaald, uitgegeven door de Stichting Normering Arbeid. Dit keurmerk is speciaal ontwikkeld om de risico’s voor inleners van arbeid en opdrachtgevers van werk te beperken. Het is een bewijs van onze toewijding om met een betrouwbare partner samen te werken en op een verantwoorde manier arbeidskrachten kunt inhuren.
In addition, we are proud of our VCU certification. VCU stands for Safety and Health Checklist for Temporary Employment Organizations. This certification ensures that temporary workers involved in high-risk work are given every opportunity to work safely and healthily. Safety is our top priority and we take all necessary measures to ensure that our professionals operate in a safe working environment.
