demt-flex and CSR

Maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen (MVO) staat centraal bij demt-flex. Wij staan midden in de maatschappij en vinden het belangrijk om die – inclusief de natuurlijke omgeving – geen onnodige schade toe te brengen. Liever nog dragen we actief bij aan het overwinnen van maatschappelijke uitdagingen. Dat doen we met dezelfde aanpakkersmentaliteit die onze medewerkers kenmerkt. En door projecten op te pakken die een concreet verschil maken. Denk aan het opleiden en uitzenden van mensen met een grotere afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt, of het ondersteunen van lokale initiatieven die buurten en wijken veiliger, beter en leuker maken. Status holders

Status holders guide people with apprenticeships in construction and engineering to gainful employment. This cooperation with the Werkgevers Service Punt runs in Delft, The Hague and Tilburg.

Youth on the rise

Jongeren in de elevator is an initiative of the SME in The Hague that helps young people distant from the labor market find gainful employment.

2018

To Reach It Foundation

The To Reach It Foundation is committed to assisting ex-prisoners and/or addicts to return to society. Demt-flex participates in the part' 'Ride To Return'. This involves ten entrepreneurs meeting ten ex-prisoners or ex-addicts by cycling and training together. A course of five months with a two-day bike ride as a conclusion. Or as the start of a job....

2019

NELIS Foundation

The NELIS foundation trains young people with a distance to the labor market to become window cleaners. Demt-flex places these young people with clients as an extension of the NELIS foundation.
